A few years ago the American Automobile Association did a study and said that it was not specifically illegal to drive barefoot in any state in the US.
HOWEVER, most states have laws against "careless and imprudent" driving (or some similar phrase), which is basically a catch-all for "anything a police officer considers to be unsafe, even if there isn't a specific law against that precise thing." So, while you won't receive a ticket citing you for "barefoot driving", because there's not a law against that, that doesn't necessarily mean you won't get a ticket at all if you do it.
Yes. There is no law against driving barefoot in ANY USA state.
No, it is not illegal. New Mexico does not require a front state license plate.
yes
no it is not
In New Mexico, riding on the bow or gunwales of the boat is illegal and considered dangerous and negligent operation
Escorting is legal almost everywhere, but prostitution is illegal in New Mexico.
In New Hampshire, it is not illegal to drive barefoot; however, it is discouraged because it may reduce your ability to control the vehicle effectively. Driving without proper footwear can lead to a lack of grip on the pedals, increasing the risk of accidents. Additionally, if an accident occurs, law enforcement might view driving barefoot as a factor that contributed to the incident. It's generally safer to wear appropriate footwear while driving.
no but it is illegal to throw it down at someone
