A Chihuahua, like all other dogs, are able to see at night. They have a mirror-like membrane called the tapetum lucidum found in the rear of the eye which is responsible for giving them excellent night vision.
Chihuahua Mexico is a diverse land full of the largest North American canyons and tallest waterfalls in Mexico. The people of Chihuahua are very warm and are a direct link to the state’s rich history. The Chihuahua cuisine is hearty yet delicate and is a delight to even the most picky palettes. It is also a home to some of the finest crops such as fertile macadamia nut farms, luscious lime groves, and agave plantations. Agave is the plant that tequila is derived from. The Temple of San Francisco was one of the first churches in the city and has become known to be very valuable in it’s architecture and history. The beauty of the church at night when fully illuminated is breathtaking. History buffs will find plenty to satisfy in the many museums of Chihuahua. Chihuahua is a bustling industrial town that employs tens of thousands but also has many historical gems in its midst for visitors to enjoy.

Johnny Cash was arrested in October 1965 at the El Paso International Airport after U.S. Customs agents found hundreds of pep pills and tranquilizers in his luggage as he returned from a trip to Juarez, Mexico. The Man in Black spent a night in the county jail and later pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count, for which he paid a $1000 fine and received a 30-day suspended sentence.
When he pants and shivers it probably means that he is cold at night. That is in most cases, but there is one case that is different. You may need to ask some questions though. Where does your chihuahua mix sleep? What is he mixed with? My aunts chihuahua was mixed with a Mexican hairless dog so it barely had any hair and it was acting like yours. It is probably just a genetic reaction to something that happened when he was born, something he ate, or he just is a regular chihuahua.
There are many theories. Some include one or several serial killers from either Mexican, American or both nationalities operating in Juarez. They take advantage of low security measures, the extensive female working population leaving the assembly plants or maquiladoras very late at night or very early in the morning, and the fact that Juarez is basically a boom-town.
First, there is no such critter as a "tea cup" anything. There are animals, primarily dogs, that are bred for smaller sizes. Now, I would feed the Chihuahua 2 times a day once in the morning and at night.
