Yes there is. A good quote I heard recently said that when we die and find out on the other side if there is that you would be better off believing in God rather than not believing in God. If we get there and there is a God and we don't believe in God, it will be trouble for you. If we get there and there isn't a God, but believed in him, it won't hurt us at all. You will be more safe and better off if you just believe in God.

I agree with the comment before me... Say I believe in God and you don't. I say there is a Heaven and Hell, the only way to get to heaven is to accept Jesus Christ as your Savior. You say there is no such thing, when somebody dies they go into an eternal sleep, but without a dream.

A few moments later a man comes running down the street with a gun and puts a slug in both our heads. If you were right it ends there... if im right I live in Heaven forever and you go to Hell. Which would you prefer?

I agree with what the others are saying but i personally believe that the answer to that question is yours to make.Maybe there is, maybe there isn't.But surely if there is a god he wouldn't mind if we weren't sure but now we know there is one we will be faithful?If you believe in god that's great, if you don't that's great, if you not too sure that's great, if you typed in this question for a laugh that's not so great but still.The point I'm trying to make is that it quite honestly doesn't matter if you believe on god or what god or gods you believe in.No one will ever know.

okay, these kind of questions really pee me off. why do people believe you're in trouble if you don't believe in God? We humans are animals, it's just our arrogant and selfish minds think we are better than they are just because we are more developed and can achieve more. Animals don't worship God and they are fine. It's not a sin to not believe in God. And to be honest, religion is load of b*llsh*t. It started so people could control others by fear and belief, and then people started to believe it. Nothing bad happens when you die, because what's the point? And nobody can say you will go to hell because they haven't been there themselves. Nobody knows if there is an afterlife- i don't know myself. I don't know if we just fall into a very deep sleep and wake up. NOBODY KNOWS.

If you believe that the world could not exist without a creator god, then you would have evidence of a sort that there is a god, although you would not know which god this god is. However, the evidence of belief falls far short of proof - if the world could exist, as science says, without a creator god then you could never prove there is a God.

You could then rely on The Bible, which not only asserts that the world was divinely created but also that the creator was God. You could go further and rely on the New Testament, which says that Jesus is the Son of God, as there could be no Son of God without God. Or you could rely on the Koran, which says that Muhammad received the Koran from God, although Jesus is not the Son of God. All these sources rely on your faith in what is written within, and none of them is proof that God exists.

There is absolutely no proof that there is such a thing as God.
