Probation officers are civil servants and can work either for the State of MD or one of the counties. Their salary scales are public record.
need the email & phone # for: Rhea Edward Moreno Valley Parole Unit 4 Check with your local police department. It's possible that in your particular state probation officer names are a matter of public record. If you are looking for the probation officer to report a violation, it may be simpler to simply file a report with the police.
It depends on which country you are referring to.In most places an officer can search a car if they have reasonable cause.
Probation is not a crime but does stay on your record, just as the crime that was committed.
What can they do. Your probation officer cannot get involved in the hiring and firing of people by employers. If you believe you were treated unfairly and unjustly fired then sue the employer. Unfortunately it will most likely be a waste of time and money.
The only way is to obtain the application requirements or to apply yourself. However if you have any felony offenses on your record you might as well not waste your time.
They often do. Recidivist felons frequently visit the police and most police have guns. If you want to visit a buddy who has guns most states do not consider that to be a breach of your probation. You should talk to your probation officer before you take anybody's word on the internet (even mine--and I'm always right).
He probably has to check in with his probation/ parole officer.
What is meant by "clean?" Probation(in lieu of jail) IS the sentence for whatever offense you committed. Your criminal record will always show it as a conviction. Simply by completing a term of probation your record is not "cleared" or made "clean."
Not erased, but sealed. The sealed record can only be opened under specific circumstances.
it is still there.. I was moved from ca to mo so my probation ended in Mo why is it is still on my record
No, your stuck with the record for life. I am in the same boat. In 1996 I got a petit larceny conviction and its still there today. I am usually honest about it and so far no one has told me they rejected me for a job due to my record. Why can't it be expunged off your record? Actually you can get it off your record. If and only IF this is your first criminal act. You can go into a program called "Pre-trial diversion". This program allows you to escape jail time, but pay fines/fees, which is worth it in the end, because it gets cleared off your record. And from the day you were convicted, you are under probation for 1 year, and you are to see a probation officer each month (kind of like your babysitter). There are fees in visiting the probation officer. Court fees are also assessed by the judge depending how serious it was. I know this because I am under this program right now, and had to pay $444.50 for court costs, and $35.00 a month for visiting my probation officer monthly, including a $75 fee the first month for the drug testing and paper work.
