There are three hundred foreign students studying MBBS in jinggangshan university in English medium. This university is providing foreign teachers. The Medium of instruction of MBBS is not at all an issue with respect to Pakistan and India. A student can register their MBBS degree in India or in Pakistan if 1 ) their MBBS degree is recognised by WHO , and 2) on Passing the Screening test. The MBBS degree of Jinggangshan University is recognised by WHO. Hence students from India and Pakistan will be eligible to appear in Screening test . In a recent Delhi high court judgement also , the court opined that Medium of Instruction is not an issue for Registering as a Doctor in India.
