Yes. 70 years
After 1991, the USSR ceased to exist. The 15 countries that made up the USSR (Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikstan, Turkemistan and Kyrgystan) declared independence. About 1/2 of the population of the USSR lived in Russia, so often when people talk about the "History of Russia", they follow the fate of Russia after the union dissolved. So the person you're interested in is Boris Yeltsin, who became the President of the newly-independent Russia.
The Berlin Wall was the border between the half of Germany controlled by the USSR and the half controlled by the other Allies at the end of World War 2. It was a physical manifestation of the tension between the competing political ideas of Democracy and Communism and many people died trying to get from the east side (USSR) to the West and the freedoms it represented.
This is so sad
The Commonwealth of Independent States, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan were formed when the USSR was disbanded.
Yes, he was still a dictator when he died. He was still Premier of the USSR and controlled the Communist Party and the Soviet secret political police so that he could and did impose his will on the USSR. Stalin was so much of a dictator that his own top government officials and friends feared that he would turn on them too out of his acute sense of paranoia so much so that some began to think they had to assassinate him to save themselves.
None so don't look for one

The USA had missile bases in Turkey which were pointing directly at the USSR so the USSR put missiles on Cuba so that they were pointing directly at the USA. So therefore if the USA ordered the missiles in Turkey to attack the USSR, then the USSR could just straight away order the missiles in Cuba to attack the USA.
Kazakhstan is partly in Europe, but mostly in Asia. So it is in the Eurasian continent.
the German were not equiped for the harsh Russian winter. Hitler did not think it would take so long to occupy the Soviet Union.............
they were against the USSR. So, when the USSR was with Germany, then Finland was on its own, then when the USSR was against Germany, Finland allied with Germany. Then when Finland surrendered to the USSR for a second time, Finland had to declare war on Germany.
