hi just replying to your question, i have been earlier on this year and went on a boat trip, and we where planning on going on a snorkeling trip, but once we got out to sea, the guide suggested wedidn'tgo, because of the high risk of sharks mating in the area, (quitebroody). we where also warned aboutvenomoussea snakes which occasionally come into the swimming areas nearer the land. there are a number ofcolorfulfish which are attracted by the warm waters, and if going further out can find sea horses in the reefs.
hope this helps to answer your question!
