* 1/4 cup butter

Procedure:
Peel potatoes, place in a medium saucepan, add water and a few teaspoons of salt, bring to a boil. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes (until tender), drain well when done, heat some milk and butter together, pour over the potatoes, beat potatoes using an electric beater until they're broken up, add more milk and butter, beat until fluffy. You're done.
