There are no particular name for each European flag in French. Thye would be called "le drapeau" (the flag) + the adjective related to the nationality. Ex: le drapeau européen, le drapeau anglais, le drapeau allemand (the European flag, the German flag, the english flag...)
Many flags are like that. A couple of examples are the French and Italian flags.
