Barbaric, violent tribal wars are common in most of the southern Ethiopian jungles, a tradition of the Berber tribesmen. Often in these parts rape is performed almost ritually and 70% of all men have some form of HIV. In central Ethiopia, with slightly less dense jungles, the Akunte chiefs assemble and chant in their ancient tongue, Ge'ez, living in harmony with themselves and their Gods. However, most of their children are starving so they must find other means of getting food, such as thievery or murder. In the hot deserts of northern Ethiopia, extremist muslims plot against the western nations and Israel and often meet in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa, to discuss future bombings and ways of hijacking US airlines.

In general, Ethiopia, with all of its struggles for power, has a culture where no individual has their own rights, instead controlled by the horrid force of nature and disease.
