Generally West Edmonton is the place to go. It's one of the world's largest malls and also has an indoor waterpark, amusement park, minigolfing, an ice rink and movie theatres. Other than that I would suggest Fort Edmonton Park, the Valley Zoo and the Telus World of Science. Hiking throught the river valley also offers some picturesque views.
