Immunity of the president must be deducted so as to facilitate charge against president incase he commit any kind of crime, I don't mean that Immunity should not be there but it should allow any charges as article 13 of our constitution establishes that all the people are equal before the law, so when no charges can be filed against president what is thee essence of this article.
