They have the beautiful 'Royal Palace of Madrid' but remain in the much more modest 'Palace of Zarzuela'.
The same as they are anywhere else. They don't change their names just to travel to Paris. In all seriousness, as France is a Republic, there is no Royal family, and has not been since, at the very least, 1848.
