As far as......? As far as the state is concerned, you're supposed to get a Colorado drivers license within 30 days of establishing residence (gaining employment in Colorado to where you pay taxes to this state, purchasing property in CO, etc.), and register your car within 90 days (and you'll pay out the nose if you register it later). As far as colleges and such are concerned, one year of established and verifiable residence before you're eligible for in-state tuition.
