This is a stupid divisive question (or at best, a lazy one).
But to answer it, both groups of islands are polynesian, beautiful and relatively unspoilt.
Both countries are fiercely patriotic and extremely religious.
Both take about the same time to get to from most destinations.
Both will welcome visitors with open arms and old fashioned hospitality and service.
So toss a coin or pick a number and ENJOY.
Oh, and whatever you do, do NOT walk through a village in either country during evening prayers.
The staffs the men hold - the men who are standing along the side of the road at set intervals - those staffs are NOT decorative.
