You would leave Russia because they are low on jobs and particular foods that some people may be allergetic to. Most people do it because they need more money and jobs.
Every jobs people have in all other countries: engineers, programmers, writers, builders, architects...
It affects how much people make, the jobs they have, where they live, the choices they make, and how they make them.
Russia has numerous jobs for their citizens. Some of the major jobs are manufacturing jobs, government jobs, medical jobs, accountants, and engineers.
Russia was the last European country to have serfs. Russia did not have any factory jobs. The people felt that Marxism would be better than what they had.

There are countless types of graphs: if something can be measured then it can be graphed. One of my favourites is Charles Minard's graph illustrating Napoleon's army's march into and retreat from Russia in 1812-13. See link.
Often people involved in industrial production will use polar graphs to program their machines; take, for, example, a pretzel-making machine. They can graph the path the "dough-shaping" machine must follow on a polar graph.
