They eat a variety of foods, the Andes mountains run about 6,000 miles through seven countries, so different sections are influenced by different countries. Most of the native Indians are poor. They are small farmers, raising goats, pigs, chickens and sheep. One constant is potatoes. They also produce a lot of maize (corn). Llamas are used as pack animals.

Answer I would have thought they would eat the occasional llama.
