Grandma - Oma
Canadians typically call their grandma "Grandma" or "Nana," similar to the terms used in many other English-speaking countries.
I call my grandma's aunt, Great Aunt. Maybe that's what you call her, but she is of course your great-great-aunt.
There is no Islamic term for grandma. They just call her grandma, in their respective languages of course.

i live in japan and we call our grandma "obaachan" its a cute way of saying it i guess if your rich and you have a scary grandma you can call her "obaasama" ... my other close grandma is dead now but i used to call her "mamachan" its cause my grandpa called her "mama" so yeah i hoped this helped
