1. Contracts & Negotiation
2. Sub Contractors in every field possible for emergency situations
3. Excellent office skills (typing, grammar, etc.)
4. Verbal communication must be specific and to the point
5. Have 10+ different jobs/situations going on in different areas all at the same time
6. No specific days off
