Denmark makes coins: The 50 Ore, as well as the 1, 2, 5, 10, and 20 Kroners.

  • 50 ore: Metal: bronze. Obverse: Crown with the word Denmark and the date. Reverse: The words 50 ORE with a heart.
  • 1 Kroner: Metal: copper-nickel. Obverse: Three crowns with the date and two hearts. Reverse: The words 1 KRONE DANMARK with two hearts and a squiggly design.
  • 2 Kroner: Metal: copper-nickel. Same design as the 1 Krone, but the coin is bigger.
  • 5 Kroner: Metal: Copper-nickel. Obverse: Same as the 1 Krone.
  • 10 Kroner: Metal: Aluminum-bronze. Obverse: A bust of the Queen facing right with the words "Margrethe II Danmarks Dronning". Reverse: The Coat of arms with the denomination.
  • 20 Kroner: Metal: Aluminum-Bronze. Obverse: Same as the 10 Kroner.
