There are various types of Bermuda. Common Bermuda is the cheapest, going at around $75 a pallet. Mississippi Choice is the most expensive, going at about $150 a pallet. I am sure that price varies, but in North Mississippi, this is what you can expect to pay for it. I just finished re doing my entire yard. I bought twenty pallets of common Bermuda and paid $1,500 (that included tax and delivery). I hope that helps.

A 50 square yard pallet of sod weighs approximately 1 ton ... between 1500 and 2000 pounds. A lot depends on the saturation of the soil.
Normally it varies from 65- 75, but call your local sod farm to find out.
