BSK was a New York City based company that was in business from the 1940's -1950's. The initials B.S.K. stood for the first initials of the owners names. The B was for Benny Steinberg, the S was for Hy Slovitt and the K was for Kaslo (can't find first name.) They made a reasonably priced line of costume jewelry for department stores.

The answer will depend on what country the stamp is from. If it is a US Stamp, it is probably the Leadville Colorado & Southern Railroad. I haven't found a British listing, though I have seen examples of British stamps with that set of initials on it. It might be a Railroad Company as well. I found no record of the initials used in Hong Kong. Perfins were common on many British Commonwealth stamps, so could relate to any of those countries.
