With the Lords help Israel will triumph over all in the war of Gog and Magog.

Ezekiel 38

Answer:

The Bible is a Middle Eastern book; the focal point of which looks out on the world from "Jerusalem."

The "Jewish Bible"... as well as the "Jew," Jesus Christ, tells us to "watch Jerusalem"... for it will be the trouble spot for the whole world with the potential to launch world war... and the place where the Messiah will restore the "throne of David"... which was in Jerusalem.

"Of the increase of His Government and Peace there shall be no end, UPON THE THRONE OF DAVID... the zeal of the Lord of Hosts will perform this." (Isa.9:7)

"...in that Day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it." (Zech.12:3)

"...I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle... Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations... And His feet shall stand in that Day upon the Mount of Olives... And THE LORD SHALL BE KING OVER ALL THE EARTH: in that Day there shall be One Lord, and His name One." (Zech.14:2-9)

The "Jewish Bible" tells us that the nations of the world are NOT going to solve the dilemma that is the "burdensome stone" of Jerusalem, that plagues the whole world.

It tells us that God, Himself, will personally solve it by waging war against the nations of the world... thus ending all wars, and establishing Peace... and increasing the Power of His Government on earth.

"...shall the God of heaven set up a Kingdom, which shall never be destroyed... it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever." (Dan.2:44)
