On January 8th, 2011 there was a shooting rampage in Tucson, AZ at a supermarket. It was a day that Rep. Gabrielle Giffords was having a meet and greet. Rep. Gabrielle Gifords got shot in the head but so far has survived. 19 other people were shot and 6 of them died. One of the people who died was a nine-year old Christina-Taylor Green. She was born on 9/11/2001, one of the most sad days in American history. They arrested Jared Lee Loughner at the scene. And he has been put on trial.
