Himalayas is not a small region or a small territory- it is huge mountain range which is home to countless tribes, town and cities. Lower Himalayas which is upto aprox height of 2000m to 3000m has everything like horticulture, agriculture and many types of fruits.

Above 3000m starts less oxygen region thus potent grassy meadows which are home to shepherds for high quality of grass and limited trees. Usually tree line ends up at approx 3800m and after that grass and tree vegetation is very less.
