Arctic fox aren't, and have never been, endangered. Their conservation status is "Least Concern." People have not needed to take action to conserve the Arctic fox species.
However, two subpopulations are endangered. One of these, on Medny Island, Russia, has suffered because of mange brought by an ear tick of the domestic dog. The foxes are currently being treated using antiparasitic medications, but nobody knows whether it will work or not.
The other rare subpopulation is in Scandinavia and the Kola Peninsula. This population was decimated early in the 1900's for the fur trade.
nothing
i think it is being protected by the endangered animal act, maybe
i have done research on this and the reason they are Endangered is because of there warm fur which people think is so beautiful .Another reason is that people hunt them down for food. There habitat's are in destruction, there loss of habitat, and they usually walk-on the street and the cars will run over them.
In my opinion, individuals can be enlightened to keep animal pets to encourage nations to preserve their endangered habitats.
All endangered and vulnerable species need to be protected. If not they will become extinct. Each animal plays an important role in biodiversity, so it is our duty as the smarter species to protect those that are endangered.
We should protect and save them. As apex-predator of this world, it is our responsibility to ensure no animal ever dies needlessly.
Reindeer aren't endangered, so nothing is being done to protect them.
You should care for endangered animals. DONE
Alot of schools are doing projects world wide about endangered animals and animal adoption companies are showing advertisements about what happening to all endangered species so they are showing the public stuff in adverts. They mention about breeding centres and captivity so there is alot done about it.
The white rhinoceros is endangered because of hunters who hunt them for their horns and other parts of their bodies. They have over-hunted the white rhinos, and now they are endangered. Many charities and breeding programs have been set up to save these animals, just like any other endangered animal. Zoos tend to have breeding programs, and if you adopt a rhino, generally the money goes to helping poreserve their territory, breeding them etc. etc.
There are many reasons Grey wolves became endangered. One of them is for economic reasons, such as selling body parts and fur of the Grey wolves. Another reason is for sport, hunting, for example. There are also population reasons. Grey wolves were relocated because people did not feel comfortable with wolves living near their homes. There fore people demolish the places that wolves live, causing them to die.
Pandas, black bears, blue whales, dolphins, Bengal tigers. Loads of stuff. Ask anyone.
