The U.S. always putting their nose where it doesn't belong. They didn't want communism to take over from North to South Vietnam. Then the US lied about one of our boats being attacked which gave us the reason to turn from advisors to groud troops.
There is no "North Vietnam" as a country. The term "North Vietnam" was an erronous term used by the US to justify there intervention into Vietnam after the Paris Peace Accord 1954 which temporarily divide the country into 2 parts, North and South. FoIn the history there was no north or south country in Vietnam. The capital of Vietnam is Hanoi.
Propaganda was important to both sides in the Vietnam War. The Vietnamese used propaganda to inspire their troops and civilians to fight against foreign intervention, while the Americans used propaganda to justify their involvement in the war and garner support for their efforts at home. Both sides utilized propaganda to shape public opinion and perception of the war.
