Confederate currency was issued in many different forms by various states as well as the CSA government. You'd need to have your bill examined in person to get a reasonable estimate of its value.
NOTE: Confederate bills have been extensively copied for sale in gift shops and as promotional items. A lot of them were artificially aged and those printed before the Hobby Protection Act can be difficult to distinguish from genuine bills. There are many sites that list serial numbers and other characteristics to help ID these replicas.
