Eurasian is the most accurate term to indicate both Caucasian and Asian ancestry.
Although some may use the term Hapa, denoting partial Asian ancestry; this doesn't denote European/Caucasian ancestry as well. So Eurasian is more accurate.
Note that Caucasian and Asian are not equivalent designations. Either you are asking by anthropological classification:CaucasianMongolianNegroidOr by common group:EuropeanAsianAfricanIf you are the child of a European and an Asian, you are a Eurasian.
They can. The children would be called Eurasians, who are quite common in the world.
