This is an invented term from Eloisa James's book "Kiss Me, Annabel." The book is, roughly, a Regency period romance and in it a Scottish earl uses the slang term "coney" (meaning rabbit or hare, but also slang during that time for more intimate parts) to make up a term alluding to oral sex in order to shock a young woman back into propriety. During the Notes for the book, James mentions the term is something she invented for the book but where the root of it (coney) comes from.
