the last boss's name is Orphan or Ophan something along those lines not quite sure which one. I think it might be Orphan in the North American and European releases but Ophan in the Japanese release.
Four. Level 1 is in the laboratory kind of place, where the boss is Combot, so its pretty much random. Level 2 is a jungle, where the boss is Panda. Level 3 is a dark hallway, where the boss is Kazuya. Level 4 is like a Japanese style big mansion, and the last boss is Heihachi. If you finish the game, you get to use the room you fight Heihachi in, in Versus mode
