The tungabhadra and hundri rivers flooded the city with in the proximity of 1km from the river. The city being surrounded by two rivers on both the sides bore the brunt of fury of the rivers to unbearable extent. Nothing left in the homes of the people in which the dangerous flood water entered and stayed for a week . The loss of life is expected to be more than a 1000. And Properties and shops worth crores have been devastated. Its an irrepairable loss to the citizens of this city.And the government is the complete responsible body for the loss. shame on the administration.
