Not sure on Kaile. I never heard that Word before. It may be someones name. I can help on the Okole Puka. The literal translation of Okole is "Bottom" and Puka is "Hole". Separately you may use these words at the dinner table but when you use them together as a phrase The translation is *ss H*le.

One of the entries in the 'ulukau library at wehewehe.org defines

ʻō.kole

1. n. Anus, buttocks (less polite than lemu). ʻŌkole maluna, Hawaiian translation of English toast "bottoms up" [this expression is condemned by older Hawaiians as vulgar and indecent because of the sacredness of the human body in, old belief]. (PCP kootole.)

I have been told that "buttocks" alone is not implied, and that it is actually "anus", thus okole puka would be redundant, like saying "anus hole", and the word requires proper punctuation, (if you want to be anal about it), the glottal stop at the beginning (ʻokina), and a macron over the "o". end tjh edit
