Yes perth is the best place to live because of attractions: Kings park, the botanic gardens, the swan river , cottesloe beach, Scitech, perth zoo, the perth mint and st marys cathedral. there are plenty of public events on at the esplanade park and the streets are always clean there are great public services and the gerdners do great jobs of making the streets look beatiful. Great veiw of the Ocean lovely buildings and plenty of food.

It depends on what you want from life! Perth has a wide range of areas to choose from, and nowhere in Perth is particularly bad.

The wealthiest areas of Perth are in the western suburbs such as Peppermint Grove, Cottesloe, Swanbourne, Dalkeith, Claremont, Mosman Park, and Nedlands, but you will need a spare $1.5 million to get an average home in these areas. Many more affordable areas in the middle ring of suburbs are good bets, as they are still close to everything and usually close to the beach as well, such as Carine/Duncraig/Karrinyup/Doubleview or the southern suburbs.

Mount Lawley/Inglewood area is also extremely nice.
