There are tons of packs out there in all sizes. It depends on how long you are staying. My last trip was only 3 weeks and a 40L pack was actually more than enough. Some things to look for: NOT top loading (you don't want to have to unpack everything to get what you need at the bottom), no overabundance of straps, or straps you can trim down, well padded, pockets are a personal choice, some people love lots, some prefer almost none. Your best bet, go to an outdoor store and try on a lot of packs. Ask the sales person to weight it down for you (about 15-20 kilos) and walk around the store a few minutes. How does it feel?
