North Carolina reservoirs, including the Little River Reservoir, can be classified primarily as multipurpose impoundments. They serve various functions such as water supply, flood control, recreation, and habitat for aquatic life. Additionally, many reservoirs in the state are designed for water quality management and environmental conservation, reflecting their importance in both human and ecological systems.

The Dalecarlia Reservoir is the primary storage basin for drinking water in Washington, D.C., fed by an underground aqueduct in turn fed by low dams which divert portions of the Potomac River near Great Falls and Little Falls via the Washington Aqueduct. Construction was completed in 1958.The Georgetown Reservoir is a reservoir that is part of the water supply and treatment infrastructure for the District of Columbia. Water from Dalecarlia is pumped to the Georgetown reservoir for further treatment and sedimentation.Since 1902 the McMillan Reservoir reservoir in Washington, D.C. has supplied part of the city's municipal water. It was originally called the Howard University Reservoir or the Washington City Reservoir.Other smaller reservoirs include:
Upper left engine compartment. Little yellow reservoir, with wide cap, no dipstick, but has mesurements on side of reservoir.
Every little helps
A reservoir.
When changed air was introduced to the system theres two little nozzles you have to open up and turn your car on to release the air. Let it go till coolant is constantly squirting out of both of those holes then while its still squirting out close them problem solved. It is also possible that the reservoir was too full to begin with. Most coolant reservoirs have a minimum and maximum fluid level which should be maintained. Too much fluid will cause overflow and too little fluid can cause the radiator to operate at less then 100% efficiency.
History has a little proof on it that North Carolina was founded by Virginia colonists.
The reservoir is mounted directly on the pump, which is directly below the alternator. You can see it if you look closely below the alternator. You will see the reservoir cap, it is a little tight to get to, and to fill it you will probably need a funnel.
"Little Green Bag" by George Baker
The reservoir is located on the right hand side of the engine compartment just below and a little to the right of the master cylinder resevior
