Interesting question. The Colorado Rocky Mountains were formed during the Rocky Mountain Orgeny between 45 to 55 million years ago. (MYA) However Pikes Peak by Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak granite and batholith which forms it is dated between 65 and 75 MYA. So I suspect Pikes Peak is actually the oldest mountain in Colorado. P.S. I am a Geologist.
