Seriously, it's not a language. Although some jamaicans will tell you it's patoi (pronounced [pat-wah]). If you look up the definition of patoi, anything outside of standard English is considered patoi. I'm from another Caribbean island where patoi is usually used to describe broken french as it is in most other Caribbean islands. So at the end of the day it's just bad English.
