Above sea level, the highest point is 16,050' (4,892 m), the height of Vinson Massif. Below sea level, the NASA IceBridge project estimated that the bed of the West Antarctic ice sheet is a mile and a half or 7,920 feet deep. It is unknown whether or not this is the deepest point of the Antarctic continent, since its discovery is ongoing.

The mountain range that spreads from Victoria Land to Rockefeller Plateau is the Transantarctic Mountains. It is one of the longest mountain ranges in the world, stretching for about 3,500 kilometers across Antarctica, separating East Antarctica from West Antarctica.
The elevation of Antarctica -- or any continent -- near the ocean is sea level.
The Trans-antarctic Mountain Ranges
You may be thinking of the Trans-Antarctic mountain range that divides east and west Antarctica.
Mt. Mulig Hofmann is located in the Queen Maud Land region of Antarctica. It is a prominent peak rising to an elevation of around 2,825 meters (9,268 feet) and is part of the Wohlthat Mountains.
The lowest elevation in Antarctica is in the Bentley Subglacial Trench. At its surface is the deepest ice yet discovered and, also, the world's lowest elevation not under seawater
Elevation -- a measurement of height above sea level in this case -- means the same in Antarctica as it does on any continent on earth.
You would use a topographic map to find the elevation of a mountain range. Topographic maps show the shape of the land's surface, including mountains, valleys, and elevation through contour lines.
Antarctica has the highest "average" elevation of all the continents due to the ice pack, and it has the lowest elevation of all the continents getting down to 1.5 km below sea level.
There are no land owners of Antarctica.
