You have to be 16 to get a tattoo in Arkansas...i am not sure about any other states. But you and your parent have to both have IDs in order to certify that this adult is your parent and that it is ok with them. Hope this helps you.

i believe it should be. I have a cousin who has been getting abused since she was 5 or 6 and is now 16 will be 17 next month. She has threatened to commit suicide because it is really out of control. Social workers listen to her mother and father instead of listening to her. Her father has been incarcerated all her life and she has wrote him about committing suicide. So i think they should be able to get out and not just move out but to be able to see what life is instead of being locked in a room everyday after school.
