First i have to say that or queen (In Theory)

has the most power (she can still Block laws when they pass the parlament)

second we have a First parlament

and a second parlament

laws and problems wil get discusted in the second one

then they inprove and the disquist laws / problems and all that stuff

then the first parlament checks / inproves / votes / etc. the laws / proposisions of the second parlament

After that the queen signs laws (or does not when she does not like it This does not happen verry offen)

we as dutch people vote for the people / Election Party's and stuff

So .. a ruler we we don't realy have we have manny people in thouse parlaments all with different views we choose them but still in In Theory the queen has the most power.
