Norway
Finland extends the farthest north among the three countries. The northernmost point of Finland, known as Nuorgam, is located at a latitude of approximately 70.1° N. In comparison, Norway's northernmost point, Nordkapp, is at about 71.2° N, and Sweden's northernmost point is at around 69.1° N. Therefore, while Norway has the northernmost point overall, Finland has the farthest northern territory in terms of land area.
Norway is closer to the North Pole than Canada. The northernmost point of mainland Norway, Nordkapp, is situated at approximately 71 degrees North latitude. In comparison, Canada’s northernmost point, Cape Columbia, is at about 83 degrees North latitude, but its southern regions extend further south than Norway. Thus, while Canada has land further north, Norway's northernmost territory is closer to the North Pole.
