actually if we look at finaancial system there is a fund deficit unit and a surplus unit they need to be synchronized to give economy a beeter shape.so if some people are interested in investment of their surplus KSE gives them a guarenteed mean to do so on the other hand if some one is financially deficit but want to make a buisness exposure they can sale their share s as ogdcl or bank al habibb does in this way they get a large immediate capital for their buisness and investors get an earning so the cycle goes onb aided by the presence of KSE or any such other physically existing market.if u r not satisfied still kindly let me know a satisfactory answer...coz me mysely is not satisfied...
