Per IDPA for the year 2012, as of July 1, 2012 you have 180 day from the date of service. Claims received more than 180 days from the date of service will not be paid. Informational notice date July 23, 2012 HFS Notice.

Claims dated before July 1,2012 are treated under the old mandate. You have one year from date of service.
