There is no province that is not included in the Republic of Ireland. Leinster, Munster and Connaught are all completely in the Republic of Ireland. 3 of Ulster's 9 counties are in the Republic of Ireland, so that may be what you are referring to. The other 6 counties of Ulster make up Northern Ireland. These 6 counties are often incorrectly referred to as being Ulster.
