Not that much. Anthropologically, many Indonesian people are descended from the Philippines. Since, the Taiwanese first reached the Philippines and then what is now Malaysia, and Indonesia. Which is why, Indonesians look exactly like Filipinos. Even their culture resembles Filipino cultures a little bit. But, Indonesians and Filipinos don't really know each other these days. They simply just don't pay attention to each other. They're caught up in much other things. If Filipinos and Indonesians started becoming aware of each other, there is much they would learn. They'd also be stunned at how similar they look.

Well, Filipinos do have a lot of Indonesian-Malay influence. Philippines and Indonesia were once Hindu empires. Philippine and Indonesian cuisine, also bear a lot of relation in terms of the ingredients. Such as lumpiang shangai, also popular in Indonesia as it is in the Philippines, though Indonesians don't use pork since Indonesian people are Muslim. Other than that, there's really not other much other than the fact that many Indonesians are descended from Filipinos, which is why we look a like. But Filipinos are barely aware of their southern neighbors. Philippines and Indonesia, don't even really hava foreign relation either, not as much as the Philippine relation with Malaysia.
