What should you wear in San Diego?

Right now, at least, in Southern California, just wear jeans and a T - shirt. Bring a sweater, it can get cool at night. For the beach, wear a bathing suit (easy enough). Norhtern California is cooler, so dress with heavier clothing. Really, it depends on where you're going; typically, though, it is pretty warm. If you see any celebrities, leave them alone, or else. Seriously. No Autographs. Period.

It's best to have layers. Even in the summer it can get cool in the evening and you would want a light jacket or sweater.

San Diego has mild weather...warmer in the winter than most places and cooler in the summer than most places. It will be cooler along the coast than inland.

Many people wear shorts all year but have a jacket handy.
