Strengths

The British had a more organized troops than the Colonists. When the British and the Colonists were fighting, the British had a more organized way of fighting. They had control over the Colonists. They would be able to rule the Colonist because it was the orders of the king. Their soldiers were well equipped, well disciplined, well paid, and well fed. They got to stay in the Colonists house, and the Colonist had to feed them and give them proper portions of food, and feed them three meals a day. Another strength is that they were well supplied. All the supplies they needed was given to them by the king.

Weakness

The British also had weaknesses like, the distance between America and Britain, so sending supplies was slow and the news took a while to get to America. Another is that the British didn't really see a reason to fight the colonist, because they weren't enemy's to the British. The British had an extremely difficult task. They had to persuade the Americans to give up their claims of independence. It was difficult for the British to fight, because it was a terrain that was new to them. Even though they captured every major city, it didn't matter because all the Colonist's lived in the country.

Im writing this for a project I'm doing and it's due tomorrow... and i still have to do the colonists :O oh well
