It is not a coin, but it is minted on a genuine one cent planchet. These were included in the official US Mint Sets to fill the sixth space in the package in years when only 5 coins (no dollar coins) were made.

Almost nothing. These were included in Uncirculated Mint Sets for several years when only five denominations were minted and were just there to fill the sixth space in the package. Most dealers will try to sell them for ten cents.

This is not actually a penny. It is a token that was included with some of the U.S. Mint Uncirculated sets. You can find these in dealers' miscellaneous bins for 10-20 cents.
