That will be tough to find- many of them don't actually care about credit, they want to see evidence of evictions, so would be foolish for them to not look unless they are truly desperate. Your best bet is to check craig's for owners of a single dwelling, duplex etc that suits your needs that way you are renting from a property owner instead of a landlord at a large complex, or just apply to all the ones that offer a free credit check, since you lose no money if they shoot you down.
